Mark has been tutoring our daughter Emily for a year. She went to him when her confidence was really low and the prospect of passing any GCSEs at the end of year 11 looked in real doubt. Not only did working with Mark improve her attainment in Maths, it had a really positive impact on all her subjects and enabled her to believe in herself. In an environment of mutual respect she was able to challenge and discuss her thought processes and so many times we saw fun and laughter when she realised she'd 'got it'.
